Rules of Creating a Successful Presentation

  • Use no More than Two Fonts

Using a large number of different fonts can distract the attention of the audience from the essence of your work. You only need to select 1-2 fonts for a good presentation. For example, write the main text in one font, and headers with another. Use strict and readable prints.

  • Match Colors Correctly

Remember, your presentation should not be too variegated. You do not need to choose bright colors. Make the background of the slide light blue or beige. Be sure that the slide and text do not merge. It means, that if you choose a light color of the background, do not make the text too light, make it a few tones darker. It is better not to use black or other very dark colors of slides, as it can overload the eyesight and the audience will be hard pressed to perceive the information placed in the presentation.

  • Do Not Use Too Much Animation
